We are a psychiatric clinic with a principal office in Texas; however, we also serve Colorado, Washington State, Michigan, New Mexico, and Iowa.

Meet Elizabeth Macshadiya
Elizabeth (Liz) Macshadiya, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is a graduate of San Jacinto College and earned her BSN through Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her many years of experience working as a registered nurse in various medical and mental health facilities and organizations within the greater Houston area fueled her passion for the care of patients struggling to achieve mental wellness. This passion led Ms. Macshadiya to earn her master’s degree at Midwestern State University, enabling her to become a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner and provide a higher level of care to her patients.
Ms. Macshadiya utilizes the biopsychosocial model when approaching patient care, believes in treating patients with unconditional positive regard, and encourages them to be active participants in their journey to wellness. Ms. Macshadiya provides assessments, psychoeducation with empathetic listening, and inclusion of patients in the discussion and selection of available treatment options as much as possible. She focuses on treating the whole person, and not just a diagnosis. Ms. Macshadiya is available to see patients ages 16 and up in Texas and 6 and up in Washington State, Colorado Michigan, New Mexico, and Iowa.
In her spare time, Ms. Macshadiya enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 4 rapidly growing children, her very loyal companions Daisy (5-year-old rescue Chiweenie), Purple and Red (her two new rescue Siamese kittens) reading, listening to music (and singing along as best as she can), traveling, and giving back to her local community through volunteering. She is also a member of the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of Houston and Houston Area Nurse Practitioners.

Meet Shelly Williams
Shelly Williams, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, holds dual board certifications as a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner accredited by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees with honors from Louisiana State University Health Science Center-New Orleans. Witnessing the pressing need for mental health services throughout her medical career, Dr. Shelly pursued additional training, completing her Post Masters certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University.
With a broad spectrum of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, Dr. Shelly leverages her extensive tenure as a family nurse practitioner to recognize the interplay between medical conditions and mental health. She acknowledges the impact of life circumstances on mental well-being. Dr. Shelly is committed to evidence-based practice, and she tailors treatment plans to each individual for personalized care. Her holistic approach encompasses understanding, compassion, and empathy. She strives to foster a therapeutic rapport with her patients and create a safe environment. Driven by a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Shelly values incorporating patient preferences and beliefs into their care plans and treatment options. Specializing in psychiatric evaluations, psychoeducation, and medication management, she offers her services to patients ages 6 and above in Texas.

Meet Leticia Loret de Mola (Se Habla Español)
Leticia Loret de Mola, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a graduate of Maryville University and obtained her BSN from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with honors. Mrs. Loret de Mola was working in the hospital setting during the COVID-19 pandemic when she realized the increased need for Psychiatric providers and the struggle of patients suffering from mental health conditions that were not being treated. This realization inspired and empowered Mrs. Loret de Mola to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to help overcome barriers to mental health treatment.
Mrs. Loret de Mola aims to provide individualized care, tailored to each patient's specific needs. Her goal is for her clients to lead a healthy and productive life. Mrs. Loret de Mola utilizes a holistic and multicultural approach by providing support, a safe space, and maintaining a positive therapeutic relationship with patients. Mrs. Loret de Mola is empathetic, caring, understanding, and patient. She utilizes the best available evidence in conjunction with critical thinking and patient values and preferences to guide her in making healthcare decisions. Mrs. Loret de Mola believes in treating patients as a whole person and ensures they have a clear understanding of their treatment options and goals of care.
Mrs. Loret de Mola is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves spending time with her husband and two children. For self-care, Mrs. Loret de Mola enjoys traveling, going out to dinner and the movies, and her favorite hobby is creating flower arrangements.
